Can I add products myself?

Yes. Vendors can add and edit products from the vendor dashboard.

Can I manage stock?

Yes. You can set stock quantity or leave it empty for products that are always available.

Does ChatCart support Paystack?

Yes. Paystack is used for vendor plan purchases and upgrades.

Can customers track orders?

Yes. Customers can track orders using their order code and phone number.

Can I use ChatCart for food business?

Yes. It works well for food, pastry, fashion, beauty, gadgets, and many local businesses.
